Terms of Service

1. What Powdr Quote is

Powdr Quote (“the Service,” “we,” “us”) is a tool that helps powder-coating shops price jobs and produce quotes. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Provide accurate information, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You must be a business or of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Pricing estimates are guidance, not guarantees

The prices the Service calculates are estimatesbased on the numbers you enter (your hourly rate, margin, materials, and job details). You are solely responsible for the prices you quote and charge your customers. We don't guarantee any particular profit, accuracy, or outcome, and the Service is not financial, tax, or legal advice.

4. Plans, billing, and cancellation

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Account page — cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period (you keep access through the period you've paid for). Past subscription charges are non-refundable except at our discretion or where required by law.

Founding Member purchases are a one-time, final sale — non-refundable and non-cancellable. In exchange for the discounted lifetime price, these purchases cannot be refunded or reversed. Please be sure before you buy.

5. Your content

Quotes, photos, your logo, and shop details you add are yours. You grant us permission to store and process them only to operate the Service for you. We may use anonymized, aggregateddata (never your identity or another shop's figures) to improve pricing and to power community benchmarks. One shop can never see another shop's data.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no attempting to break security or access other accounts, no scraping, reselling, or reverse-engineering, and nothing unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service running but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, add, or remove features, and we may revise these Terms; if we make material changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts exceeding what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

9. Communications

By creating an account you agree to receive transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, receipts, and important service notices) — these are required to operate your account. Marketing emails (product news and tips) are sent only according to the preference you chose at sign-up, and every marketing email includes a one-click unsubscribe you can use anytime. The Service is intended for businesses in the United States.
